Twisted Fate Update

With the new visual updates and touch-ups on certain champions, you guys have asked us which champ we thought should get the next rework out of 5 champions, and I noticed that a certain Twisted Fate was not on that list. Twisted Fate is the champion that got me into League of Legends, I loved the Bilgewater arc and the way the story was written, listening to the log-in music during that event always brings me back. I actually got him Level 7 by supporting and if it wasn't as frowned upon to play it in ranked I would always do that. Now I would love for TF to be a more viable support, but the rework I had in mind would just be to fix a few things that just don't feel right or fun to have while playing TF.

Starting with his passive, I think his E- Stacked Deck should have just been his actual passive for a while now and maybe we could keep the gold gain around and make it so his Stacked Deck passive grants gold on champion hit, like Kleptomancy a bit.

I believe also that to help Twisted Fate's playstyle not be such a one trick pony, the W- Pick a Card should have a bit more flexibility and instead of having to choose the blue card to get mana back and have your team yell at you for not using gold card, W- Pick a Card should have a passive that reads: "Blue Card- Last hits on any enemy grant mana back, leaving behind a mysterious blue card". Then, for the active, click once for Red card, Twice for Gold Card, and the next 3 cards TF throws gain the current respective effects. Meaning, TF could Q out 3 gold cards, stopping and stunning the first enemy hit, or use it on his basic. Stunning 3 enemies sounds pretty broken if a TF could do that, but it would also put his main damage on cooldown, so it would be useful for an engage during teamfights or as a getaway when caught out, without being so overpowered . If TF would use one basic attack then Q, the outer cards would have the effect and the middle one would be normal, vice versa if TF basic attacks twice before throwing a Q.

Now we're left with the ult, which is awesome the way it is but I believe the vision part of should be transferred over to the E, which would have about half the cooldown the ult does, allowing TF to get vision on the enemy team without being baited into trying something out because he doesn't want to waste the ability to teleport (which happens to me all the time lol). The ult could just stay the second part of what it is now, but read something like this: "R- Gate: While Destiny is active, Twisted Fate can teleport anywhere on the map, leaving behind a single playing card".

Of course, any of those ideas would be up to you guys to incorporate or not, but I definitely do believe that Twisted Fate's playstyle is just far less enjoyable than many other champs who don't have so many counter. The update I had in mind is perfect in my opinion because it ties in the Bilgewater story with the cards left behind, gives TF more freedom in his abilities while keeping him the exact same champion at heart, just a bit more impactful with the team and not as helpless without the team. A few new voice lines would be amazing as well lol

Split it up into paragraphs/bullets so we can actually read it without straining our eyes, please and thank you.
