I mean, all pulsefire cait and ez talk about is time. Ekko's whole concept is around time. Plus the idea of pulsfire skins is that they're in the future right? This would be perfect for ekko ; - ; bc he can go back in time and stuff,

Pulsefire Ekko is an interesting idea -- but I'm almost less excited about it because, as you said, time-travel is ALREADY his theme. I think Ultimate skins tend to push fantasies as far as they'll go, and "Ekko from the Future" is already sort of just Ekko. Something like "Unbound Ekko" might work better, where he actually reaches past the pinnacle of mere time travel and actually becomes some sort of deity of time himself.
I'm all for Star Guardian Garen though! Admittedly, I envision that skin a little differently -- I want it to actually just be Lux in a giant-shouldered white and pink mecha combat suit, holding a sword of glowing light. I just love the idea of a Super Galaxy Rumble-esque "assembly" animation as this suit slams into place around Lux and she wades out into combat with Garen's body shape due to the suit. :D
