Why Riot did not create a section where players can exchange skins with each other. For example, if I have skins that I do not use and want to exchange with another player for skins I want and want to use. This is in the exchange section!!! [sg-syndra] [galio-happy]

It would cut down on Riot's main source of income. Skins traded with other players = less direct interaction with Riot, meaning less moneys

Ye but they can set a fee for one trade 50-100 RP , then they will win money, because more players will trade skins that win from boxes!
