Ranked ready accounts

I honestly think people should be able to buy accounts, it doesn't do anything to the game. You can argue all the points of too many smurfs but you won't ever stop that either way.

Selling accounts would benefit Riot Games so much it's insane. They would make a ton of revenue from this, I really think they should look into doing it. It can't be that hard for them to set it up so you can buy an account level 30+ with a link to a create an account sent by email.

That would be awful for the majority of the player base as smurf influx would be even larger than it is now. Imagine triple the amount of smurfs in silver / gold ranks. It would be insane.

I think riot should make an option to connect another lvl 30 unranked to your main account, should be able to buy in shop for 50k blue essence or rp.
