Relyable 100% crit for manaless champions

This has bugged me since the new patch where was changed to have attackspeed and cooldown instead of crit it is much less gold efficient to get 100% crit on champions that do not rely on mana or cooldown reduction. Therefore I propose that you either

change a current 30% crit item to 20% to 1. make that item more useful 2. allow easier 100% crit possibilities
you could create a new item with 20% crit
add crit to an existing item to make that item more appealing If you also fell this is an important issue please share or something I dunno how this forum works [zombie-brand-mindblown] ~~Squid4You~~

Well, Yasuo, but he only builds 50% crit, so he's not really the best example. Maybe...an off-meta Aatrox build? Like, more off-meta than PLAYING Aatrox?

The only item yasuo can build now is ie with 30%

IE is 20%. Also, Shiv gives Yas every stat he cares about.

If there was a jg item that had crit I would totally do crittrox lol. But don't forget tryndamere manaless and likes crit.

Not too sure I like the idea of making 100% crit easier to get.

Also how about instead of one trinity force item which either favors this champ or that depending on the current patch, why not have multiple trinity force items with some variation that would cover a bigger champion pool, similar to the two hydra items are a variation of each other. This way you could keep a crit triforce for those champions that favor that and still offer a cdr triforce for others and maybe there could be a third option with other components like a phage/vamp cept/recurve bow option or some other combination.

But because of the crit from his passive, he only needs to BUILD 65%; he doesn't have to get Essence Reaver to hit 100%. (Statikk, IE, PD wastes 15%, but it's probably worth, TBH.)
