League of Legends Champion Idea

Champion's name : Murphy ( Graves ) ( Brother? ) ( Cousin? ) ( Cowboy ) ( You get the point )

Murphy is a high risk and high rewarding champion if you can land his bread and butter abilities together. Notes : You are at risk when using his ultimate because you are locked in place ( Xerath ultimate )

Abilities

Passive (Dead Man Knocking)?: Once Murphy is shot down to his last breath he can have his revenge of his killer by shooting a last round from his revolver dealing damage and marking the enemy . An enemy marked by Dead Man Knocking will slowing get his or her Heath decrease by 100 then pops for another 100 physical damage. ( you know cause like the guy shot you in the lungs or something and now you got internal bleeding )

Q (Bulls Eye)?: Murphy pulls out his lever action rifle and fires it in a single line dealing damage.

W (Coin Draw)?: Murphy will toss out a single gold coin from his pocket (and it will hover in the area he has toss it for a duration. I guess it could stay there for 3 seconds) "Stay with me on this." After throwing the coin in the area, Murphy can use "bulls eye" to ricochet the bullet on the coin farther. Enemies hit by the bullet are stunned for 1.5 seconds.

E (Crop Duster)?: Murphy kicks the ground creating a mist of dust onto a targets location in a clone area blinding the enemy for 1.5 seconds and deals damages.

R (High Noon)?: Murphy will lock himself in a draw position for 10 seconds. Murphy will have a chance to fire 6 rounds out of his revolver doing tons of damage. Each round hit will slow the target and causes them to bleed. ( I guess the range could be like far as hell but that doesn't make sense so I don't know. Still thinking )
