Champion Idea- Electron. Support,Tank,Ap,Bruiser.

First, I am in no way a creative person, I got no idea for the names of the attacks, let alone the lore for this guy. I just thought up of this guy as a more game changing support tank with a twist on his skills. I got no idea what damage and stuff the attacks should do, ill leave that to you, If it was up to me, he would be broken.

Name- Electron

Passive, Nearby ally champions within a 300 pixel range receive a % bonus of magic resistance and armor depending on what his is. Bonus disappears after 5 seconds of champion combat. Takes 30 seconds of non champion combat to re activate. (or, you must back to the fountain in order to recharge your passive. Seems like a cool new concept for passives/skills.)

Q,An attack that is a mini atom bomb, once stuck on an enemy it will suck any enemy towards that target within 150 pixels for 1 second before it explodes. The attract effect only becomes active every 5 Q's that are used.

W, Charges the nearest allied champions health by a % of his max health. If allied champion is full health, it will act as a permanent Bloodthirster until damage is dealt to the champion. (can be used as a heal also) (the overcharge effect can only be used on one champion at a time)

E,A dash that materializes the champion through anything 300 pixels away, takes a second to re-materialize. If the dash goes through an enemy, it does %Damage depending on your max health.

R,A chain reaction that hits champions, stunning them for a second in .5 second bursts if champions are within 250 pixels from another. The chain does a % of less damage after each champion that is hit by it.

I got no idea if the Pixel #s are too little or too much, but you get the concept for this guy.

A combo with his skills could be. Q on 5th cast to attract enemies, Ult them with the chain stun, and dash through them to cause damage.
