Can Riot give players the ability to gift there own skins, rp, or ip to other players
Riot pls can you do this, it is an awesome idea that will be revolutionary and if u can't do it, why?

you can buy rp for others, why gift skins you own? and giving ip is cool i guess. especially when u have a lot
