A USE FOR BLUE ESSENCE, A NEW REASON TO PLAY, EMPORIUM ACTUALLY GOOD?!?!?!?

Welp today i got what seems like my 25th bad champion shard out of the leveling system, most of them low level but some high, the problem is BLUE ESSENCE IS COMPLETELY GARBAGE. Now bold massive generalized statement out of the way, Its no that bad its just not something i cant find enjoyable to play for. At its current rate it's almost unbearable to play for if you're staring at making all items in the shop seem either unobtainable or lack luster for the amount of effort that goes into obtaining an item.

**TLDR: ** Add a items to the Blue Essence Emporium like a,"Hextech Augment" item that allows you to have a chance to earn a skin shard rather than champ shard from the leveling chests, purchasable quests with unique rewards, or any other item/items that give a reason to farm BE/Levels outside of the Blue Essence Emporium.

So i propose a new item for the Emporium, it doesn't convert blue essence into orange essence directly~~ (God knows Riot would NEVER lose an opportunity to make money from any of its players ever ( that is unless they set it an an unbelievably high price WW skin; the only strait skin to purchase would require you to get to about level 150 and not buy any other items if you wanted it for free . . . .(data form the Leveling and Rewards - Early Impressions and Adjustments thread mb if i interpreted that data wrong.) ~~) rather it ads RNG that they could manipulate and bend us over with. The item would add a chance to get a skin shard rather than champ shard from the levering system. This type of item could have a lot of flexibility, you could have 1 item be really expensive 10k-50k be for an x% chance to get a skin shard rather than champ, it could be cheap but stack 1-2k for 1-2% chance with a cap or on chance, or even a 20k be quest that can only be unlocked if you own ever champ currently available for purchase. There's a ton of options. Finally the item could be toggled any time. or maybe only during blue emporium or not at all. The point is Having a "Hextech Augment" could be really nice for older player to have another reason to grind out and enjoy the game. It gives a fun reason to play for blue essence, and for levels which currently i dont find to be even close to rewarding enough to really play for. The root of the issue is I feel there is a huge missed opportunity for a reason for players to play the game, farming essence, for a fun rewarding end game that keeps players playing you could use any items, quests or systems that require Blue essence but make the player feel either like their time is well spent or that they're having enough fun that they dont care..
