Halloween Harrowing Theme/Shadow Isles Mordekaiser Skin, I think He Needs One!

Just an idea of mine, i think it would be a really cool skin for the upcoming harrowing . Mordekaiser is basically the king of the shadow isles he should have a skin based around his story and where he comes from. After his rework his popularity has spiked and Halloween is only a few months away. I like the idea but i would also like to hear other peoples thoughts on this, so post away i hope this becomes a good discussion. Thanks!
