Theory on the next Ultimate Skin

Hi, I'm new to this discussion thing, but not the game. I want to give out my own idea of who might get the next Ultimate skin. What worries me is if Morello is trolling us(check that reddit link) about his last hint, he could've just wanted to confuse us on whether what he hinted was true or not. But, let's say it's true, even though he just did it to confuse us. Upon further research I found another hint: http://imgur.com/r/leagueoflegends/EHZAsNP Though, I'm not sure if this Rioter was also just pulling our leg here. But, let's say it's true... Comparing Morello's hint and Riot jayway(Look at the image link), the only champion that fits in this puzzle... is Blitzcrank! But wait, didn't the first link show that Blitz is not eligible? Maybe not. I mean, He has only 3 skins... Probably a decent amount, but it's not as many as Yi, Singed, Teemo, etc etc. Not only that, Blitzcrank still got in the candidates for the fourth letter of any ability. So, even though the guy claimed him ineligible, I think he is wrong about that. Perhaps the Legacy skins may have counted, but they're not here to stay, only to visit on specific days, therefore they don't count. What are your thoughts about my theory? If I get a lot of hate because of this, I'm sorry.
