Why does Poppy never get any love, she needs a tweak to be more viable and she NEVER gets new skins when some of the newer champs have like 4 lol.

Yea shes in need of a big Riot hug, i love her kit but it costs WAY to much mana for all her spells. You do 1 W,E,Q and you got zero mana left if you are under lvl 11 or so. Poppy item 3078
