Give Xerath HELP!!

I'm sorry if this is the wrong place for this, I don't do this much. Okay, so I'm not going to go on the crying train of bring the old xerath back, I already did that. And I loved how everyone was super excited for the new xerath and he was being played a whole lot. BUT, I knew, he wouldn't be able to offer much after the hype was gone, now look at how much he is played, like 3rd-5th from last. There is a reason for this.

To back up a bit, see the old xerath was less "fun" but that is only because he had a big learning curve and you needed to land skill shots, but if you built him correct his ultimate literally blow up a team due to the 40% MPEN from W passive. Now hear me out, his champ passive as well helped a ton what was it 15% of AP to armor, 800 ap = 120 extra armour. which is INSANE FOR A PASSIVE! I whipped every zed.

This new xerath is something else. Ok, maybe he's a bit "easier" (not a clue how, his ult is a joke unless you're team is cooperative) in terms of maybe not having to chain his stun? And having a drop down slow that is really hard to dodge and does good damage. His Q, and ULT are pathetic. Here's why. Any decent player with some form of mobility will first off dodge your Q because it's so easy to see it's coming. His old one I would just W,Q and people couldn't react. I used to be able to throw an E on someone and between my Q, ULT ULT ULT I would stun them, USUALLY DESTROY them in .5 seconds.

 I literally climbed through Gold so fast on the old xerath because of how good his kit was. The thing about old xerath is that people's usual response is to stack Magic Resist, doesn't work when you have 80% Magic pen between passive on W and Void. Tanks = Gone. EASILY!! Now I have to hope for some miracle from God that I even land my ult, that I can get a stun without the help of my team. And that's the point if I don't have full team cooperation, I lose every time due to not enough peel or wards, making it impossible to win in solo queue especially. Also HIS ULT CAN"T CHAIN! which ruins you mid fight if you decide to use his ult in a teamfight. 

Basically, please BUFF THE NEW XERATH PLEASE!!! Anyone that says he's good now, don't understand not having a good team all the time then. Stop playing 5's and try solo or duo queue once in awhile. Everyone is short range, and the long range people for mid are...weak to be honest, maybe lux or vel koz, but they were nothing to the old xerath. Please, buff the guy...he deserves it. His ult has a ring showing where it's going for goodness sakes and a line for them to know it's range. This is INSANE! There is no chance at landing this. He is only played in mid level 5's, because that is the only place where he is viable, yes yes people try him elsewhere and maybe do decent, but for the most part no, he ain't good anymore.
