Passive: From the Void Whenever Nasha takes damage she will be granted a stack of 'Void Power'. For every stack she has she will be granted Ability Power. Once reaching a certain stack the passive will upgrade. Ability Power per stack: 0.2 Max stacks till upgrade: 100 Upgrade Bonus: 100 more mana and 20 ability power, resets stack. 2% of mana is converted to AP Bonus Two: 200 more mana and 50 ability power, resets stack, 2% of ability power is converted to attack speed percentage bonus Third Stack: 500 more mana and 100 ability power, resets stack, no stats can be gained anymore, turns both 2% bonuses into 1% bonuses.

...this will stack up really fast if you intentionally tank minions when your opponent is out of lane or if this champion can jungle. And it scales oddly: it's an easy 50 AP, but then the upgrade drops you down to 20 AP and 2% of mana, which lowers your AP.

Then the next upgrade gives you 20+49 AP as it grows...but then drops down to 50 when you hit it. AP loss again.

The final upgrade gives you up to 99 AP...but the final benefit is 300 more mana and what is probably a new reduction to your total ability power because, in exchange for that extra 1 AP, you drop your percent bonuses down a full 1%.

In short...to easy to game for stacks (an internal timer would fix that), and really really strange scaling. I'd recommend looking at Viktor's Hex Core for an example of this concept done well, or Cassiopeia's passive for a similar example that at least puts a bit of strategy into gameplay aside from "take damage."
