About: Tarvi is a human melee fighter, who has a great lane harrass with his passive, Ionian Will.

Appearance: On the left hand he has a wound. In right hand he has a sharp wooden spear with a tip made out of glowing stone, the center of the spear glows a bit. He wears old rugged clothes and wears sandals. He looks young. He has long hair and blue eyes. His left leg has a bandage on it.

Lore: Tarvi lived in an Ionian Village with his father and brother. His father was a skilled inventor and blacksmith.He usually showed his children the weapons and inventions he made. But one day when his father came home, he told his children that they need to go to the cellar fast. He had no time to explain but locked the doors but seconds later the Noxians broke the door and captured him. The children closed the door and didn't understand what was happening. Tarvi equiped his fathers spear but was barely able to hold it because of its weight. The Noxians tryed to break the door to the cellar but they didn't succeed.Tarvi didn't understand the situation and asked his brother what is happening. Soon after explaining they heard a knock on the door. It was a blind man (Lee Sin). The blind man told Tarvi that he should take the spear with him. He escorted them to his hut, telling that the Noxians lost the war but bringed great chaos on Ionia. After learning that his father didnt make it, Tarvi swore revenge on the Noxians. Lee sin saw the hatred in him and escorted him to a swordsman, Master Yi. Master Yi promised to help him only if he passed Wuju style to someone else in the future. Tarvi agreed and Yi started training him, while his brother became the village elder. As years passed Tarvi grew stronger and found peace inside him. His training made him able to use the force inside him and use it against his opponents. Master Yi found that he is strong now and challanged Tarvi to a battle. Yi lost the fight, with Tarvi taking the last strike. Yi was happy that his student had defeated him. Now strong and self confident, Tarvi went to join the League, swoaring revenge on the Noxians.

Active: Tarvi hurls his spear from afar, dealing attack damage to the first enemy it hits. This ability can miss.

W - Gemstone Spear PASSIVE: Tarvi's autoattacks burn his target, dealing true damage over time. ACTIVE: Tarvi empowers his spear, making his autoattacks deal magic Damage and slow enemies by 10%.

R - Wyvern Crash

Passive: ACTIVE: Tarvi starts charging his spear with spirutal energy of the surroundings and after a brief delay throws a spear with the image of a flying dragon at his target dealing 15% of his targets maximum health Mana: 125/150/175 Cooldown: 120/100/80 Range: 600/700/800
