Pretty good! Especially if you just started. Seems like a great artist in the making, to me.
So, I know no one else will agree with me... but her chest is way, wayyyy too big. But otherwise nice. ^^
Edit: There we go. ^^ Still too big for my taste, but now it's human proportion. Much better! :3
May want to darken the lines on her face and body a bit though, so you can see it.

That's some good anatomy.
Pointers?..: pay more attention to shading detail. There is absolutely nothing else i can say about this other than that it's good. and I would enjoy seeing more of it and everything else you think of.
