New Champion

Greetings!.So,me and my friend Fila725 were thinking about a new champion! We were thinking that he should be called Kiperoot:The Goblin Master! We thought that he should be like a goblin with a sword in a right hand and a crossbow in left hand. His basic would be hitting with a sword. Passive:5 or 10% bonus movement speed when out of combat. Q:Shoots an arrow in the enemy minion,monster or a champion with a crossbow. W:Double hit with a sword. E:Deals 10 more dmg with basic:depends on champion level. R:Switches to crossbow and has 1.5 more attack speed for 10 seconds (70-80 sec cooldwon) Hope you like it and i hope you will make something better out of it or something similiar to him.
