When someone has ultimate but doesn't have enough mana the ulti indicator above a allied champions icon turns blue to show that they don't have enough mana to cast it

decent idea, but i think that's why they added the mana smart ping. I would want 4 quarter circles around the ult circle showing 25% of the champions resource. but i fear for to much UI and OVER information.
