I have an idea for a new champion; I think a champion that's basically a giant pissed off rift scuttler would be awesome. It would be a tank support oriented champion. It could use heals similarly to Sona and maybe as an ultimate gives nearby teammates a speed buff similar to Master Yi's ultimate. It's been a while since riot released a rift champion and also been a while since they released a tanky support based champ so it would be a good change.

Kit Idea:
P: Scuttle Speed. All nearby allies gain Scuttly's (thats what I'm calling him for now) movespeed.
Q: Bio-Armor. Heals a nearby ally scaling with Scuttly's armor.
W: Headbutt. Scuttly slightly knocks back the target enemy, and deals damage scaling with health.
E: River Rush. Scuttly charges in a direction, ignoring unit collision. Units passed through have their movespeed reduced for 3 seconds.
R: Dark Sonar (name WIP). Can only be used in the river. Scuttly submerges for up to ten seconds, gaining double movespeed and vision of the entire river.
