Petition to make all limited addition skins purchasable with rp

limited addition skins such as urf warwick, rusty blitzcrank, and championship riven are special skins that were available to purchase at some point on occasion in the shop, but only in a certain time frame before being locked away and the key thrown in the trash. they are one of those things that people Really feel special about owning. if you want a championship riven code right now as this post is being uploaded it will cost you anywhere from 300$ to 500$. this is because they are limited edition special skins and people go NUTS over that stuff. people are willing to pay tens of thousands of dollars for a god damn comic book sold on shelf back in the early to mid 1900s. skins like championship riven have the same type of reasoning behind their value. you cannot get it anymore, no matter how cool it is or isnt to some people, it is still worth alot whether the value be bragging rights, hundreds of dollars or just knowing you are one of very few who have something so rare. so now that i explained how a veteran of the community who spent all these years playing that had the privilege to own one of these gems feels about the value of this, i will tell you how saddened allot of us are that its being re released with hardly any compensation to veterans. you can go out and spend 1800 rp on omega squad satan and feel nice that you own a really cool skin, but you cannot do so with any of the other skins in the limited addition vault. now i understand how you guys and girls at riot feel about skins and if i remember correctly, a post a while back said that championship riven would receive similar treatment as the other skins in that category. so now onto the issue that has be bugging the ever loving sh** out of me. yes we get a kinda crappy looking "crown" on rivens head and a hardly noticeable visual effect change and border and even get refunded the rp. these are very minor compared to the aforementioned values this skin holds very dearly to us veterans who have dedicated more time than most to the game that you all created, shaped and formed. i have seen several posts of people raging flaming and being generally upset about this. i can understand why. people have been calling it greedy, which in all honesty it does look like it. you see the "limited addition" skin that everyone wants? what a better way to make bank off of something you already did so with in the past than re releasing it, especially since its one of the most wanted skins in the game. whats my opinion? its an awesome skin and i think more people should enjoy it, BUT! you need to compensate a hell of allot more than what is being offered to be considered fair to the older players who bought the skin in the limited time frame back 4 years ago. it has become somewhat of a trophy which is why its worth so much damn money, why people freak out when i play it in a game and why everyone is soiling themselves over seeing it being re released. so anyways the skin was promised to be given similar treatment as the others, so riot should value their promise and re release the other limited addition skins. you guys should get to work doing the same compensation for all the other skins in that category. ill be waiting to buy my urf the manatee warwick when its available along with the others that were supposedly "limited time only". im reposting this until i get a response from a red that satisfies me.

TL;DR - Riot is re releasing one limited addition skin that was quoted to be receiving similar treatment as all the others in this category, thus the other skins should be purchasable along with it. anything other than this is absolutely unacceptable and we as a community should call them out on how bad it is.
