The Jungle Games (Gamemode) :D

So uh, I was brainstorming a new gamemode for League, and here it is. Basically, there are four teams of four (4v4v4v4) in a maze-like jungle setting. You will have a Nexus (will be smaller for the sake of the map) but will not be guarded by turrets and inhibitors. When you die, you will respawn like usual, but in this game if your Nexus is destroyed, it's not game over for your team, but you'll be at risk of a permanent death. Yes, you can die and not respawn like normal once your nexus is gone, you have to buy "Call of the Wild" to revive a teammate. Your Nexus can respawn after 2.5 minutes after it was destroyed if at least one teammate is still alive. So basically, destroy the other Nexuses on the other teams, survive, and kill some jungle creeps for income. Note that you get less gold from killing enemy champions than when you're in Summoners Rift, so you kind have to rely on killing jungle creeps for income. There will be enough jungle camps for a whole team to share. The jungle creeps will just be like the ones in Summoners Rift, only the Baron Nashor will not be present, the dragon however will be at the center of the map.

Special rules: Everyone starts at lvl. 5 and has 500 gold

Minions are disabled in this game

Creeps will spawn at 1:00

Killing enemy champions will grant you 100g. (respawn timers are still present, bounties will be present also)

No turrets and inhibitors, only the Nexus

There will be a special item in the shop "Call of the Wild" that lets you revive a fallen comrade for 1500g. Single use, can only hold one at a time. Can only be used when your Nexus is present. Cannot use on yourself.

To prevent trolling/greediness, you can only have one monster buff at a time, the buff you were going for will pass on to the person who did the most damage on if you already have a buff at that time. This rule will be disabled after 3 minutes of the game. An exception to this rule is if you kill an enemy with a monster buff, you take that buff.

If you're using Smite, the first time you use it in a match will instantly kill the monster you are targetting. Monsters immune to this rule are the Dragon, the Blue Sentinel, and the Red Brambleback.

The fountain you spawn in does not heal you if you return/recall

If your Nexus is destroyed, the fountain turret you spawn in will be disabled.

Your Nexus cannot respawn if your whole team is dead (game over basically)

Players receive more exp than usual when killing enemy champions

So... there's that. No doubt this idea will have flaws, but it can get better if I get any feedback. I don't expect this gamemode to become a reality, but it would be cool if it did, I mean, you could benefit from it by practicing warding, ganking, the mechanics of jungling, making the decision to defend or attack, and/or sharpening your reflexes by fighting with limited perception and cramped areas. So yeah, I guess that'd be a cool concept, but that's just me. What's your opinion and if you think it needs work, feel free to share what's on your mind.

I like trains

Edits: Players will start at lvl. 5 Players will start with the Hunter's potion, whether they like it or not Slaying enemy champions will give you more exp than usual

With some adjustments it sounds like a fun mode. The sheer amount of players being one of them (there's enough issues when Hexakill rolls around, and that's only 12 people opposed to the 16 you're suggesting). I see this as a jungle hide and seek styled game mode, on something reminiscent of the dominion map.

Possibly start everyone off with a hunter's potion. Gold sounds very scarce, so you would have to rely on base stats to make it through. Consider starting off at level 5, and having kills give bonus experience (especially first blood), that way whichever player gets first blood receives level 6 and an edge over the other players. Great concept though, I love it! [slayer-jinx-wink]
