I'm really interested if RIOT can invest in making a movie , but not a short one like the cinematics , a real movie... And the story to be about a batle between Demacia and Noxus , will be really intersting , and i think you gonna have so many viewers. Hope you gonna understand the priority of making a movie , and just think about how many league players you have now, and how many viewers you gonna have. IT'S A BIG OPORTUNITY!

Idk about wc but assassins credd was a tually pretty good; it actually stayed really accurate to the video games despite using different characters and minor changes.

But I think for a movie, they can make certain scenes not as detailed to fasten the process. I'm sure many non-LoL players would be intrigued as LoL's lore is actually pretty interesting,

Champion X is our new main, Champion x2 is our second main, Champion X and Champion X2 love each other magically for no reason, Champion X3 is evil. Champion X and X2 meet Champion X4 and X5 and X6 and unite in a big friend group! Mid the movie Champion X4 and X6 fall in love, so we got 2 lovers couples, 78 out of the 120 mins of the movie will be drama with the couples, kissing, maybe a half naked sex or something, betrayal, then love again. Champion X5 dies or get injured badly by X3. X1 and X2 defeat X3 with the power of love. Movie ends X1 and X2 and X4 and X6 loving and stuff and having a happy end.
This is how the movie will look overall in the current "good movie" standards. Pretty much lore will be a minority. Not enough money for all champions or even 10% of them. Not enough screen time. Some minor action and magical CGI effects, lots of love/drama.
Do we really want that? IT kind of messes up the whole League feeling, both towards the champions we know and love and for the lore.

Not every director is going to make a movie that is supposed to be about action, magic, monsters, and fighting into some cheesy romance movie. In fact I'd hope to god that no director did that. I doubt that if Riot made a movie, they'd include lots of love/drama; Champions in League don't really have those connections and Riot (being the creators and such) realizes this.
Personally, I believe that a movie detailing the reasons why the Institute of War was created would be good; they could include a bit of backstory for big Demacian, Noxian, Ionian, or really any characters. And by that, I mean a movie that focuses around the city-state conflicts and the wars/battles they fight, and the Institute of War springing up because of it.

1 - Quentin Tarantino 2 - Robert Rodriguez 3 - Not telling them that Katarina exists so they don't add/mention her in the movie 4 - Reread 1 and 2.
That will be a movie I'd pay even 50 bucks to watch. :p

Summoners are the players and the League is the community of said players. We don't actually exist in Runeterra; we're just nigh-omnipotent demigods plucking interesting and/or powerful individudals from Runeterra and forcing them to fight in 5v5 MOBA deathmatches for naught but our own amusement.

Problem was that it was pretty difficult to write a compelling story about such OP motherfork()ers like the Summoners without a lot of plot holes or fridge logic moments that would kill the premise behind the conflict itself. That and some of the newer champs kept having stories that would not plausibly land them in the League or wouldn't make sense for them to be under the control of such an organization, so they decided that having the League of Legends and the excuse plot it provided actually exist in Runeterra was holding them back so they got rid of it.

I think if they had a quick grammar edit, they could of released it in the merch store and sold pretty well, just because of the "league of legends official" symbol. But well.. And yeah. I am doing reworks, but started doing them as I wrote chapter 15 -20 and when I finished started the rest from 1 to 14, only 11 to 14 left, but they are still there, but not in a full state as they should (not directors cut, if it's easier to say it)

As a fellow writer, I understand your plight (and I'll soon be checking out your story). You could always do what I did and just not go cannonistically; the lore was updated, but I still like to think about the Institute of War and all the parts of Valoran that were never really explored/mentioned. I've actually created my own little version of it in some of my stories (they're just harmless little fictions posted on fanfiction.net).
zrWQMdGHtY1 votesExcuse me. But I don't like using the title writer for me, until I get that title given to me, by someone who can actually review and criticize the almost novel sized tale. Not that anything, but I never write a school report or an essay in my life, never less a book or a story or anything of the sort. And it's not, because I had no education or it was too bad, but I just didn't want to, because I knew I cant so I found other ways to finish my education. Which leads me to the part where, I did this, because I needed to do it.
So fellow writer isn't a correct term to use while speaking, about me and my work. As maybe you are a writer, but I am not :p But still, do enjoy the read. And this isn't modesty out of me, it's just a fact. And enjoy. Hopefully the 4 remaining chapters will be done until Sunday, together with the release of chapter 1 of the Part 2.
