(Riot) What happened to my Rusty Blitz??

I have had the Rusty Blitz skin since beta...it's old and unique and very rare. But now it looks just like normal Blitzcrank. I wish you would revert him back to his original state, it wasn't an impressive skin by any means, but it was my most coveted. Please, Make him once again the rusty mechanical bot i love so much.
