Next summoner name cleanup?

I believe that Riot should delete accounts that are inactive and low level. This has happened again like 3 years ago or smth but it is time to do it one more time bc many ''cool'' names are taken by guys that just make an account just for this name and the account is lvl 1-10. For example i main kata and i want to change my name in <<death lotus>> BUT FK NO it is taken by a lvl 10 player that hasnt played for like 3 seasons. Please Riot make another summoner name cleanup for god sake.

Cleanups don't happen in waves, they happen automatically per account depending on their level and how long they've been inactive. Every account gets 1 month per level (30 max, 6 minimum) of name protection until their name is available due to inactivity. If you are unable to get the name, then most likely the information on when they last played is not up to date; you can submit a ticket and ask them if it's bugged (it likely won't be, but they can help if it is).

You can change your name to one that an inactive account has and if they log in again, they are prompt to pick a new one.
