(Champion Concept) E.R.Z.A. The Bane of Piltover (Elliot Rutherford Zaunite Alias)

This is my first champion guide, so constructive criticism is welcome!

Lore: Elliot Rutherford (or ERZA by his street name) was Zaun's first criminal mastermind. Having augmented his body and mind with Hextech gadgets, he has surpassed human limitations allowing for ruthless criminal activity with no repercussions. The Piltover Police Force had no way of stopping him, and he was able to run free. On one of his hit and runs, he came across a bassinet, carrying a small girl. This young girl would grow up to become the sixth member of his elite force, with her name corresponding with the Roman Numeral for 6, VI. ERZA gifted Vi a set of Hextech gauntlets, offering her the freedom to do whatever she pleased as long as she swore loyalty to his operation. She accepted, becoming a member of his faction. Later, on a solo operation, Vi got caught by Caitlyn of Piltover, and she offered her a choice. Get arrested, and never enjoy her freedom again, or lead her to ERZA's gang, and take him down together. Vi accepted and struck down ERZA with the very gauntlets he had gifted her. ERZA has been sitting in his Hextech dampening cell, biding his time, adapting himself more and more, slowly becoming less human, more machine, and an even greater threat.

Passive: Tightened Barrel/Ion Blast (Passive) At the beginning of the game, ERZA has a choice of two items from the shop. He can buy his Hextech Gauntlets which allow him to use his Gauntlet abilities, or he can but his Palm Cannon which grants him access to his Palm abilities. Once he purchases one, he cannot purchase the other until after 30 minutes have pased, and can only have one special item in his inventory. Gauntlet Cost: 400g Gauntlet AS: 15/16.5/18/19.5/21/22.5/24/25.5/27/28.5/30/31.5/33/34.5/36/37.5/39/40% bonus attack speed (scales with level) Gauntlet & Palm Cannon: +3% Life Steal Palm Cannon Cost: 450g Palm Cannon AD: 5/10/15/20/25/30/35/40/45/50/55/60/65/70/75/80/85/90

Q: Finger Bolt/Lock On CD: 8/7/6/5/4/3 Cost: 15/25/35/45/55/65 Mana Gauntlet: ERZA fires a mana-bolt from his gauntlet. If he hits an enemy champion, it halves the cooldown and increases his attack damage for 6 seconds. Stacks 6 times. This damage is not inhibited by his passive Q Gauntlet Damage: 20/30/40/50/60/70 (10% AD) Q Gauntlet AD boost: 20/25/30/35/40/45 Palm: EZRA targets an enemy champion and channels for 2 seconds. If the enemy champion remains within 550 units of ERZA when he completes the channel, ERZA fires a piercing shot that will critically strike with reduced damage and root them for 1.5 seconds Q Palm Crit: 140%/150%/160%/170%/180%/190%

W: Hextech Flare/Explosive Charge CD: 9/8/7/6/5/4 Cost: 50 Mana Gauntlet: ERZA's next 3 basic attacks do extra damage, and reveal the target for 2 seconds W Gauntlet Damage: 15/20/25/30/35/40 + (10% Attack Damage) Palm: ERZA fires at his opponent's feet to deal AOE damage over time W Palm Damage (On-hit): 50/55/60/65/70/75% (50%/60%/70%/80%/90%/100% of AD) W Palm Damage (DOT): 15/30/45/60/75/90 (70%/80%/90%/100%/110%/120% of AD)

E: Power Flux/Hextech Adaptation Gauntlet: ERZA morphs his arms into a platform, swapping his attack speed with his movement speed for the next 3 seconds. E Gauntlet Movement Speed: 20/30/40/50/60/70% (50% Attack Speed) E Gauntlet AS reduction: 90/80/70/60/50/40% - (50% Movement Speed) (Does not stack with each other) Palm: (Passive) Every time a structure/epic monster is killed within 1.5 seconds of taking damage from ERZA, ERZA permanently gains AD scaling with level. (Stacks 6 times) Palm Bonus AD: 3/6/12/25/50/75

R: Overhaul Gauntlet: ERZA's increases his AD per level, but the AD he gets from items scale at a 10% ratio. However, his attack speed has a new cap set to 3-5 (3 at level 6, 4 at level 11, 5 at level 16) Palm: ERZA has a fixed Attack Speed of .4-1 (.6 at level 6, .8 at level 11, 1 at level 16), but his on-hit effects trigger twice, and his basic attacks deal double damage to targets under the effects of hard CC (e.g. Root, Stun, Airborne etc.)

Again, this is my first guide so it might not be the most balanced, but I'd appreciate some tips!

I'm not expert at balancing myself, though this seems like a really cool idea. Rather like Kayn, only from the beginning of the game. I'm not gonna consider the numbers on the basis that I really don't know, but from a design standpoint:

Q Gauntlet seems pretty sensible, basically Ezreal Q and Passive melded into 1. Q Palm Is also a cool idea, but maybe doesn't need such a long channel, 2 seconds is a long time, unless you can move during this time, in which case that's probably about right W Gauntlet is a little mundane, though fair and quite appropriate. W Palm I Feel like could probably do with a slow? He has no CC and No Gap Closer in either form, which is gonna make it really hard for him to actually function. E Gauntlet feels a little out of place, I don't think granting attack speed is really essential, Some form of gap closer would probably fill this slot a lot better. E Palm Feels very out of place. It just really doesn't make sense to me. Also then what happens if you switch weapons later? either some sort of Knockback or Movement ability could probably be here instead. R Gauntlet doesn't make too much sense to be either, why are we suddenly changing the attack speed cap? doesn't feel relavant at all, though the item thing is pretty cool. R Palm is great, I love this idea. Jhin-esc but accounted for in a much more inventive way. The numbers may or may not be grossly overpowered, I don't, but the idea is great.

On the whole, great idea though lacking some of the essential abilities to make someone like this work in movement and/or CC.

I'd personally write his kits sepparately, as they do have no interaction nor correlation between them. Also, timer to switch weapon is tremendously high, maybe something like 7 - 3 minutes would work better. Also, he should start with either of them and be able to change them at the beginning, but not sell them.

Also, maybe you should rewrite it in a more conscise manner.
