Rev: The Yordle Stand User (This is kind of a shitpost hidden inside of a mediocre story so Just go with it.)

(Character)

Rev is a young male Yordle that lived in Zaun was given the ability to turn his life around with a very surreal situation that turned him into a pure inhabitant of Ionia. Rev has a Grey and Light Blue Color Palette. His outfit consists of basic Steampunk Iconography. Basically Tight Jeans with a plaid texture, also for Extra Flair he wears goggles for a cocky effect. And yes as I said earlier Rev is a Stand User. (Buckle up the bio is gonna get a little confusing to those who are plebs at storytelling like me. You have been warned...)

The name of his Yordle Spirit is called: Ionian Subterfuge (Still thinking of a decent name) Ionian Subterfuge is a Methodically battle tactical Yordle Spirit with Certain Ionian colors such as Light blue and White with some Brushed Gold and a little bit of pink on his Peace Gauntlets. and in JJBA style, If Rev dies then Ionian Subterfuge dies with him.

(Positions) Rev is Straightforward Middle Lane Champion who can pretty much solo the lane with pretty good damage, Especially with Attack Speed at the cost of health. Rev can also do a little bit of the Jungle Role though it is slightly risky because of his low health yet can be deadly if done right.

 Base Health: 300.12 (+23.68 per level)
 Attack Damage: 91 (+4.5 per level)
 Attack Speed: 0.629 (+3.7% per level)
 Movement Speed: 340
Health Regen: 7.8 (+0.92 per level)
Armor: 33.2 (+5 per level)

Magic Resist: 40.8 (+1.10 per level)

(BIO) Rev was quite the ballsy Yordle in all of Runeterra. Rev was a delinquent with street smarts wandering the crime-written roads of Zaun when all of a sudden he was ambushed by Four Zaunites with dangerous weapons. Rev was obviously outnumbered however when one of the thugs ran to attack Rev, a phantom-like figure with came out of Rev's chest grabbing the Thug's arm preventing him from mugging the Yordle. It was something out of the Ordinary (Obviously) The Phantom arm had the immense strength to throw the thug up against a nearby wall, While Rev was caught off guard by the sudden force the other Thugs were dumbfounded and angry. They rushed Rev but the Phantom finally came out of his small body with the movement so quick. The Phantom spirit manifested and looked as if it could be touched. The thugs still charged at Rev but the Spirit defeated the men with ease, But it quickly disappeared as soon as the men were downed. Scared and clueless the four men ran off leaving Rev to ponder on what happened in front of him.

Rev later began doing tests to see what would make the spirit show up again, The tests were life threatening and downright crazy such as trying to bash his skull in with a crowbar or trying to impale himself on the sharp edge of a knife. (And Yes he ended up surviving because the spirit bent the Crowbar causing it to... Well be useless and the knife was countered by the also getting bent.) Eventually Rev began his Journey to the beautifully pure land called: Ionia.

There he spoke with a Mentor named: High Duelist Master Kyoha. Master Kyoha is a High Ranked Duelist who also took up Wuju along with one of his best sparring Partners: Master Yi.

Master Kyoha read the Immensely violent, yet Pure aura inside of the Small Yordle and felt the Ki that was... Ionian Subterfuge. Ionian Subterfuge was a reincarnated spirit of an Ionian Master named: Master Shiki who used his power of Wuju for Intimidation and then later Betrayed half of his Ionian Brethren and Sisters in a devastating battle against Noxus that caused the death of 170 Ionian Students, Infants, and Masters. Shiki was caught giving vital information to the Noxians and was later on executed by way of Eternal Wuju Banishment. Eternal Wuju Banishment is an old Ionian Technique that purges those who are impure of their soul and rots their bodies away, Leaving them as Spirits that have to live the rest of their afterlife as Stands, Spiritual and/or Supernatural Entities that transform into Physical Manifestations of Whomever's Fighting Spirit. (I got most of this stuff from JJBA Google Search. Cut me a break).

And because of Shiki's Unforgivable deeds upon death he was forever branded the nickname: Ionian Subterfuge.

Ionian Subterfuge's new goal in his afterlife is to protect Rev from any force that dares to kill him. With Rev finally understanding the full story of Shiki's new life he decided to stay in Ionia to train himself to get better with Ionian Subterfuge's abilities to not only use them for good as they were intended for, But to also finally become a somewhat hero.

Like Katarina, Rev uses Magic Damage such as Ability Power, At least one item that involves attack speed with Ability Power, and Two sets of Armor... The build would be something like this:

(Since I normally play with custom item sets, I'll just show you what Rev really needs. I normally choose 3 each of the main items needed for a champion for example, Garen : 3 pieces of Armor, 3 sets of Attack Damage, Removing Either or when I reach level 10. This gives me a little boost in filling out my build with powerful items. But most of you already know how to do that. Anyways Rev needs Ability Power, Attack Speed, And one or two Armor Items, Also I said Earlier he can Jungle but that is rare for this kind of character. Nevertheless I will also make a Jungle build. But first I'll half-ass the main build for reference.)

Obviously you can add your everyday Magic Damage, Magic Armor, Magic Attack Speed... 24K Magic.

(Abilities)

Passive: Ionian Subterfuge: Rev is a Stand User... (I am not going to go back and tell you what all of that is. You should read the bio or just watch JJBA Stardust Crusader Explained videos.) Anyways Ionian Subterfuge is a Smart and Quick Physical Entity of Rev (Not to say that Rev isn't smart. No he is quite Intelligent at combat with training in Ionia.) Anyways anyways I.S. is part of Rev's Basic Attacks and cannot, or be targeted but Rev can. So if Rev dies then I.S. dies with him. But he always comes back when Rev respawns. Shorter words... Ionian Subterfuge is like an invincible Tibbers but you cannot control him until you have his Ultimate. (Which I will get to later.) This also means that like Kled and Skaarl, Ionian Subterfuge is Tethered to Rev in a way but can only die when Rev dies as do other stands in the JJBA SC Series.

Q: JoJo Reference?: Rev Commands Ionian Subterfuge to OraOraOra the shit out of a cone-shaped area for 5 seconds dealing 85% damage for the first 2 seconds. But when it gets to 3 seconds I.S.'s punches will become faster and deal 135% Bonus Damage. Cost 50 Mana

W: Pura aura: Rev was also trained by Yi for one small thing: A shorter Meditate that doesn't give a lot of health but has a short cooldown approximately 3.5 seconds and what it lacks in a lot of health the regeneration is crazy fast. (Rev will also remain Stationary if he does so). Cost 20 Mana

E: Battle Grapple: Battle Grapple is a combo chain that is sure to piss players off. Basically I.S. can only use this move on Champions, and Jungle enemies, Battle Grapple is a move where I.S. grabs a target and throws them up into the air making them AIRBORNE Rev and I.S. can benefit from this with the Q or the R... cost 50 mana

R:Phase Fist: (The name will need a rework but I digress.) Anyways Phase Fist is a powerful Punch that has the effect of Vi's Q, It slightly stuns and pushes Champions dealing 195% but the stun doesn't last long. (One of the flaws of being a small genius).

(Tips for playing Rev)

-Rev has versatility with his speedy tendency, and Ionian Subterfuge has arguably Good Damage even at level one. Don't be shy to pressure your enemy into leaving that lane.

-Obviously if you play Jungle with them you might want to use the Q first, Then continue, (Really for the beginning you'll just need Q and W for Stuff until you get to level 4.

(Tips for playing against Rev)

-Ionian Subterfuge is invisible to you and your team (This is one of the reasons as to why Rev won't be a Champion) However Rev isn't, If characters like , , Or even can singlehandedly rush and continue pressure onto Rev then he will surely die quickly.

Rev has the Personality of an unlikely hero... (Think of Attitude mixed with the calm and collected mindset of a true Ionian fighter such as or . As for Ionian Subterfuge, He has the deep voice of Aurelion Sol with a homicidal personality of Jinx but can be as serious as... an Ionian character like Yi or Irelia .
