[Champion Concept] Lutus, the Soldier Born Again
Lore
Lutus was the soldier to lead the charge at a battle near the Great Barrier during the Rune Wars. The battle lasted hours, putting a large toll on everyone's mind. Lutus noticed this, and he rallied the men to end the battle then and slay the enemy commander so they could finally rest. They were revitalized, and broke through the enemy line. As Lutus found the commander, he charged and was greeted with an axe that cut through him easily, losing both his left arm and leg.
After he fell, his men were demoralized and crushed, few escaped. Lutus hadn't died and was put into a coma from the shock. The magic in the area became bound to him, sustaining him and reforming his lost limbs. For decades, he slept, regaining consciousness nearly 70 years after he entered that coma. Confused by his changed surrounding, he went off to find a purpose in life. Once he learned of the League of Legends, he sought to join immediately for his continued purpose in life

Abilities
Passive: the Best Defense is a Good Offense
- Lutus gains armor and magic resist equal to (.25, .325, and .4) of his bonus Attack damage and (.15, .225, and .3) of his ability power each respectively. (Improves at levels 6 and 11)
Lutus is meant to be a bruiser and with this passive, it is very easy to get very high armor and magic resist to soak up more damage while still being able to put out alot of damage yourself.

Lutus is is supposed to be the initiator in fights and this moderate buff to himself and allies is supposed to help give his team a boost to their damage and chasing any survivors after the fight

Lutus charges forward, dealing 60/100/140/180/220 + .3 AD and .5 AP physical damage while slowing the first enemy champion hit 40% for 1.5 seconds
The main idea of this ability is catching enemies that are out of position and bringing him right to them

Lutus sits down and relaxes, channeling for 5 seconds, healing 30/35/40/45/50 + .5 AP per second and half-so to allies within 400 units
Following the soldier theme, Lutus will use this to heal up after fights and when his teamates need some Hp or risk dying

After channeling for 4/3/2 seconds, Lutus will detonate a large, magical explosion around him, dealing 100/150/200 + 1 bonus AD and .5 AP true damage, going down to half at the edge of the circle. Lutus takes half of the max damage himself and heals a fifth of the damage he recieved for each enemy champion hit
As the name suggests, this does heavy damage to Lutus and should not be activated unless the hit is guarenteed, but if it does hit most if not all of the enemy champions, it can easily change the tide of battle for little to no cost to himself
