Evoluted Viktor(Legendary Skin)

So besides from the obvious need for a new skin for zac and azir and other champs with one skin. I thought about a new Viktor skin, this skin will constist 4 forms and these forms are activated by upgrading his core. The basic layout of this skin is that he will have a visor as this skin will look some what futuristic, his arm will now be hovering instead of attached, his body will have a more smooth texture, and overall design will have different hologram as he upgrades. (this will actually be a ultimate skin unlike the title says sorry for misconceptions)

Forms of this skin:

1st Form: At his first form (no upgrades to his core/augments) he will have no holographic attachments yet he will not have a cape or a active visor it will basically look as if it were off and it is. His q will look some what like ekko's q but without the neon blue glow and what not his q passive laser will have the same look as his normal skin along with the shield, his w will look like it was summoned and open with magnetive push, his e will have its laser just be his normal skin laser, and his r/ult will be the same as his normal skin ult untill core is upgraded.

2nd Form: At his second form (1st core upgrade) he will now have active visors with the color of yellow like his core (side note with every upgrade each hologram will have the same color as the core) he will now have a cape that is you guess it a hologram and the color yellow. His q will now have a yellow glow to it and his passive laser will be yellow with a pulse effect now his shield will be a yellow holograhpic circle around him with different spacing in between, his w's field will be yellow and the gravity effect will now look like a holographic bind, his e will now be a golden looking laser with a spiral of energy around it, and his r/ult will now be a yellow field and instead of lightining hitting the enemy champ, minion, etc a holograhpic laser will hit them of aoe damage.

3rd Form: At his third form (2nd core upgrade) he will have neon blue coloring for his visor and cape. His q will have a blue lightining effect around the disc and his shield will cover more of him with a blue holograhpic sphere and his laser will be a pulse laser with neon blue coloring with a lightining effect around the pulse laser, his w will now have the gravitional stun look but the slow effect will be blue electricity, his e will now be a laser with holograhpic walls surrounding it, his ult will now have the same look as the orginial ult but with skinny blue lasers hitting targets instead of lightining.

4th Form: His final form (3rd core upgrade) he will now have creator viktor skin red for his visor and cape by this time he will have red lightining going on his body moving around like he has a lot of power which by this point he most likely does. His e will now look complete with the disc like a red tron disc the shield will now be a complete red holographic sphere and his laser will have a effect that makes it look thicker, his w will have a red field with a red lightining effect with a holographic ring (combonation of 2nd form and 3rd), his e's laser will be like the creator viktor's laser but thicker and with a dark center, his r/ult will now be a red aoe field and make it look like the enemy entity(ies) are burning.

Augment Skill Upgrades

Q: The speed effect will give him a ghost (summoner skill) like effect except he will look like he is having a after image of a hologram aplies to every form just different colors.

W: Instead of the usual pull, it will teleport the enemy entity(ies) to the center of his w, same with this skill all colors will change will upgrades.

E: The after explosions of his q will be holographic/electronic explosions and color will also change as you upgrade his cores.

R: His ult will now have a drone instead of a what ever that thing is (light bulb thing) as it moves faster.

Also if this skin is somehow magically created or the concept is liked I understand this skin will take forever to make so I'd say 2350 rp is a reasonable price or maybe even more.
