Skin Trading Should be a Thing

I think that skin trading should be a thing, even if you get to receive a mystery skin from someone. I could see it like how Pokemon has Wonder Trade. What they could do is make it so you can turn your skin you don't want into a skin shard then you can trade skin shards for other skin shards then they don't have to worry about of getting a skin for a champ you don't have because that happens in the shards anyways. If they also made it possible to turn skins into shards, you can make more orange essence if you choose to do so. Riot please do this.[sg-soraka]

Well that's a 4chan worthy title.

But I like the idea! Maybe one champion skin = 2/3 skin shards; the last one being wasted due to you 'ripping apart the skin'. The window could show roughly how much money the shard is worth due to it being from a specific champion 1 skin shard of 1350 champion being worth 450. So it's easier to decide if you want that specific skin shard bad enough to trade however much value in shards the other person is willing to trade for.
