an idea with practice tool

I have an idea for the practice tool, many people test there builds, jungle clears, farming in general, etc. But there's one thing that u cannot practice in practice tool and that's skill shots. Maybe practice tool should have the ability to place convayer belts down and can place a dummy on top of it an it would move so that one could practice necessary skill shots like Nidalees spear or Warwicks ult. i would like to thank the people who are reading this and to have a wonderful day.
