Riot I am really disappointed in your lack of Hispanic/Latino diversity in champions

Riot, you have made great strides to provide a vast selection of champions in all shapes, sizes, and races. After more than one hundred releases you have made many White, Asian, and even a few black characters on the roster.

Now I plead to you as a Mexican American. When am I going to see a Mexican champion?

The closest thing to a Mexican American in League of Legends we have right now is Bandito Fiddlesticks.

That being said, if you ever give a visual update to Fiddlesticks, please give that skin remake maracas; and when he ults a Mexican eagle swoops down and drops a bunch of snakes everywhere, when he fears enemies they temporarily turn into pinatas as they flee.

I'd love to have this in the game!

Well, it'd be kinda hard to make a Mexican a planet with no Mexico.

Could Riot make a tan champion with thick black hair? Sure, but they wouldn't be "Mexican."

Is it just me or does anyone else think Aatrox woulda been awesome with a Hispanic/Latino accent instead of russian?

For a split second there I either thought he was speaking Spanish or was speaking with a Hispanic accent, and I thought, they shoulda went with that instead, cause we have characters with Russian accents already from the freljord and that makes more sense.

On that note don't forget about the hispanic wrestling skins right?

Besides Targon/Shurima, Hispanic inspired people can come from Bilgewater as well

They coulda made Kai'sa Hispanic since she's from Shurima, and honestly everyone from Shurima should probably have darker skin tones, cause that makes sense

I'm all for equality in real life, and I definitely understand wanting to play with someone you can identify with.

That being said, does every fictional world have to appease every demographic group? Doing that kind of stuff (aka: fan-service decisions) ruins movies and tv shows, (and the eventual addition of Lucian and Ekko saw some fairly racist elements in their designs). Forcing it in just because there's a chance it will help sales is a mistake.

Look at Aurelion Sol. He was supposed to be a Chinese dragon, and it was a request from Riot's parent company. It went through development hell for years until what we got was somehow able to fit into the world that they're working with... but he's not really chinese anymore, is he?

Moral of this story is that it has to work with the world of Runetera
