When are Blood Moon skins coming back?!!! (Thresh and Elise)

Dear Fellow Summoners,

       I don't see anyone playing with these skins and they are amazing works of art that riot took their time to make and bravo to them. I myself didn't get a chance to buy either Blood Moon Thresh or Elise due to computer trouble that kept me from the game and as well as getting these skins for myself I want to see more of these skins in play and I'm sure if they were out longer many others would take notice to them and buy these awesome skins.

Please comment and like if ya feel like doing so and spread the word, THE BLOOD MOON SHALL LOOM OVER THE HORIZON ONCE MORE!!!

they weren't released in the first place o-o, they arent even limited time as far as i can tell. we are currently on the 4.20 patch and according to surrender@20 they will be released in the 4.21, i swear its like you people can't type words into a google search bar or something

The Blood Moon skins have not been released yet, they will probably be released this month (I'm hoping tomorrow) because Snowdown ends tomorrow. The skins are due this patch, it has been said multiple times — it is even in the patch notes. Before anyone says it (as usual) they are NOT Lunar Revel skins, they are Japanese inspired and Lunar Revel doesn't cater to Japanese culture. I've been waiting on these skins for a long time, however I've learned to just relax and wait. They'll be here soon, there is nothing else to wait on.

Coming back would assume that they came in the first place, which they have not. Riot confirmed they will be released later this patch (4.21) and well seeing the holidays are over, I'm hoping it's sometime this week.
