Challenger champion mastery

You know, for an average lol player playing 2-3 games a day its pretty easy to get 5th champion mastery level on your 3 mains. So as a bit of a challenge - wouldn't it be awesome for challenger champion masteries to exist? Whomever has the most champion mastery points in a certain region gets challenger champion mastery level. Could include some rewards but not necessary. This way you can know who is the most experinenced with a champion in the region, give him respect and maybe spectate some games with the said champion. Think about it, riot games :)
