Kog'maw and Tahm Kench ig icon looking the same

So, I was playing on the PBE and there was a kog and a Tahm but, I was confused. I said why do Kog and Tahm in game icons look similar. I know riot isn't going to go change the splash art of Tahm anytime soon so yeah.
