They've already removed the poor dude from Free-To-Play Rotation until the rework hits. Sad to say but I don't think he is getting a new skin anytime soon.

Wait for the relaunch (which looks like it will happen by the end of the year). Until then, he's ineligible for a new skin, but as soon as it goes through he's on the table.
Now Rito you listen here yorick turns 6years old on 6/22/17 and he only has 2 skins. Just recently I tried him and clicked with this champion I was about to quit this shit game after 5+years due to boredom but this boy brought the old feels back I don't know how he did it but he did. So now it's my turn to help yorick! My boy needs a skin something fun something I can spend 35$ to show how much I love him. I mean 6 years .. 6 and only 2 skins..
