Pulse Blade Riven (And other Champ skin requests)

I would honestly like to see A Pulse Blade Riven ultimate skin, I have no idea who made this picture but I absolutely fell in love with it, and I would honestly love to see it. It would also be the first Ult skin to have another in it's series! Unless that would be bad, but. If you do, make This skin and Pulse fire Ezreal have interactions with each other!
