Also Riot, borders? Are you kidding me! My weakness for useless flashy things that have no gameplay altering effects should not be used against me!

its not a border...its a "card" overlay for the splash art inside the border..but still, they sure do know how to con us poor general laborers into spending our hard earned money on absolutely useless shit dont they?
