what happened to all the twitch skins???

So I recently picked up twitch, and he's really fun to play. I was deciding to buy skins for him, and checked out his skin options, and there are only two. From what I can remember, he had atlas 2-4 more skins available besides sidekick and mafia. So I was wondering if there is any way of getting the other twitch skins, or if anyone has information on if they are creating new twitch skins.

I think this champ has been out for a good while, and think it would be a good idea for riot to give some attention to this little guy.
