As much as I'd like to see a Viktorious skin just for the hell of it, I feel like Xerath, Zed or LeBlanc may be getting it.

Victorious skins typically go to champions that have been very influential (or played a large role) in that season. Being that Viktor has a pretty low popularity, I doubt that he would get a Vikrotious skin. Even though I would love one.

Plus, following the trend that most others have already noted, the next Victorious skin would probably end up being an ADC. Popularity points towards:

Any of the last 3 should have been Viktorious. Not gonna happen.

They already made a championship skin for an ADC i don't think it would be fair to give 2 ADC skins in the same season
