Hahaha it is truly Outragous how the gems have been forgotten

but no there was a post a while back from a rioter claiming Ryze, Poppy, and some other champ being in the current stages of being reworked. I could be wrong so don't shoot the messenger (me) but who knows they may just be shining the Gems as we speak
