Anyway to Gift Hextech Chest Skin?

I got a hextech chest and opened it to find a primal udyr. I am not a big fan of the champion but has a friend that plays him often. I'd really like to gift the person the skin because I do not plan on using it and feel it is worth more than orange essence. Is there anyway to do so? Thank you!
