People think it's fiora because:
Blade dancing: Her passive, 'duelists dance'. Striking-dashing: Her lunge. Caught orbiting one vision: Her ult that requires her to "orbit" her target to hit all vitals. Unraveled defense: Her Riposte that literally blocks anything with correct timing. Not sure about all the weaving, but I don't think that fits anyone else better.
I'm not sure why people say Jax for the top one, I guess it's just because it's gives nothing and we know nothing about Jax.

Agreed, also one of the quotes from the Pulse Sabre is "...most compatible with single target combat" hinting towards a duellist, i.e. fiora

Rune Ocarina1 votesIt's not really far fetched. PROJECT: Riven fits the Raiden them so well, especially seeing how Yasuo has the Jetstream Sam. And with the two's original lore being rivals this is a perfect fun skin line to reinforce that. Of course, Arcade Riven is coming out soon, there's no way they'd release another Riven skin so soon. Hence, it's for next year.

Think of who's blade "gleams"? Master Yi. His Q is like a "blade dance", dashing and striking his opponents.
