OC Champions: Thoughts and Opinions on Lora, the Fire Goddess

Hey guys. I wanted to ask your opion on an OC champion that I have created. Her name is Lora, the fire goddess. Here is her information:  Mage/ Assassin  Mid/ Bot  Attacks:  Passive: Daggers of Fire- after five hits, Lora releases a flurry of daggers at her stunned enemy when molten chains is activated  Q: Molten Chains- Lora sends out a ball of fire that stalls up to three enemies for three seconds Cost: 55/ 60/ 65/ 70/ 0 Mana Range: 1175 Cooldown: 15/ 14/ 13/ 12/ 11  W: Flame Portal- Lora is able to conjure up a portal that will take her to any place on the map Cost: 50/ 60/ 70/ 80/ 90 Mana Range: Infinite Cooldown: 25/ 20/ 15/ 10/ 5  E: Blood Sphere- Lora sends out a sphere that will heal her and all allies it hits and damages any enemies Cost: 65/ 70/ 75/ 80/ 85 Mana Range: 880 Cooldown: 7/ 6/ 5/ 4/ 3  R: Calling of the Dragon- Lora summons the fire dragon from within her and sends it out dealing damage with it going from enemy to enemy within range Cost: 100 Mana Range: 3340 Cooldown: 80/ 65/ 50  Skins:  Original  Yin- Yang Lora  Noxus  Lore:  Born into an important Noxus family, great things were expected of Lora. When it was discovered that she was different, she was hidden away. Lora remained in hiding for many years in a small village outside of Noxus where no one had heard of her or her family. For ten years, Lora lived in secrecy. Then, on her fifteenth birthday, Lora wanted to leave and see the world outside. She snuck away from the village, breaking her promise to her parents to never leave. In her absence, the village was ransacked and Lora’s parents were killed. Lora traveled across the land searching for answers. Hope seemed lost. Five years passed. She was hiding out in a cave when there was a loud breath from behind. The cave belonged to a dragon. She thought she would die. However, the dragon was very old and ready to die; he wanted to make a deal with Lora. He would give her his immortality and power over all flame if she would from then on always be truthful and keep her promises to those around her. Lora agreed to the deal. Her tattoos are burns, reminders of the dragon her showed her the way to her power.
