Alright, as a player who has been playing this game for more than 4 years;

Every player has a potential to be tilted in this game. Of course, it sucks, when you are tilted it can be harmful for your teammates. Even if you are trying hard to win games, some other people who has been tilted from other games that they've played before , may not let you win the game. And it could be effective of your behavior for other games . (this is not same for every player).

Lets make a long story short, to prevent these situations, Riot can add a small game into league. I mean like small addition next to collection button in the game. It can be any game which kills time , it can be online or single player game. It could be connected the game that gives you IP or Hextech Chest ( It can be anything like skins, champs...).

It can be card game which gives information about game like true false. You can play with 3 other players at the same time. You can lose ip if you do it wrong but you will learn about League. It was just an example of game that could be helpful for tilted players. I'm trying to be honest with you guys even if I do my best I can lose games sometimes and it tilts... \
