Raina -The Face Of Change

Just a little concept I created in my free time!

Lore: Born into an Ionian Family, Raina was exceptionally talented in magic. She was expected to becomes future leader of Ionia. That fate was not meant to be as her life was stolen by Thresh. Before she could fully master her skills and defend herself, her soul was ripped away. Her soul was too strong to fade so it remained intact even in Thresh's lantern. When Lucian defeated Thresh, she found herself reincarnated in the Shadow Isles, born again with powers of light and darkness.

Raina - The Face of Change

Passive- Predator: After 7 seconds of being out of combat, gain 30/45/60 (goes up as you level ult) extra ms when chasing down enemies that you can see below 30% health. [600 range]

Q- Dark Spear/Light Spear Dark Spear- Every 5th auto deals an additional 2/2.5/3/4/5% of enemy bonus health damage Light Spear- Consumes 10% of her current health to impale her enemy with an empowered spear that deals 50/60/75/80/100 + (5% of consumed health damage)

W- Punish/Aid [100 mana] (25/23/21/18/15 seconds) Punish: Raina summons a demon that is active for 12 seconds. While active it will attack the last enemy hit by Raina. If destroyed by a champion, it will create a small explosion dealing (25/30/45/60/70)+ [.3 ap scaling) Aid: Raina summons an angel that protects her for 5 seconds. After 5 seconds, 50% damage she has taken is reflected back to the last person that attacked her.

E- Hell Zone/Heaven Zone (15/13/11/10/9) [70/80/90/100/110 mana] Hell Zone- Raina drops her spear into the ground and after a brief delay, she pulls it up in a line skillshot that slows for (20/25/30/40/45%) cannot apply in the same champ every 10 seconds Heaven Strike- Throws her spear a short distance and creates a zone in which she and her teammates gain 9/12/15/20/24 extra magic resist and armor

R- Identity [ 8 seconds, 90 mana] Identity- Raina shifts between her personalities, giving her new skills
