Scuba Gragas Barrel

I can't really complain because I got the Scuba Gragas skin in a mystery gift, but I always thought it was so cool that the barrel was a scuba tank. In a recent patch, I don't know which (I guess I missed it in the patch notes), the scuba tank was changed back to the default barrel. If anyone could link me the patch notes or tell me why it was changed, that would be great. Also, any Rioters who read this, if it could be changed back, I would love Rito forever
