Champion Concept for a possible AD Assassin Mid Laner (or something)
(Got lazy with this and I realized that I'm bad at this whole champion concept thing, so here's one I made with some hope after all my thrown out ideas, though I have no confidence that this will be something anyone in the community would like or I doubt this concept is even considered legitimate. So like, with less effort than my last failure, I give this; for jokes, taunts, quotes, and laugh, the community can do something for that.) Vex, the Crimson Death Possible Roles: Assassin Playstyle: Attack damage, Critical Damage/Chance, Cooldown Reduction, Lifesteal, Mana Abilities: Passive, Crimson Scars: Each time Vex critically strikes, Vex's switchblades trigger a bloodlust that will cause the next attack to apply bleeding, making the target bleed (magic damage) for 1/1.5/2/2.5% of their maximum health over 5 seconds. (This effect does not stack) Every 10 seconds Vex will be able to critically strike for 85% of the damage only, this cooldown is reduced by 0.5 seconds every time Vex critically strikes. Q, Cruor Streams: Passive - Every time Vex attacks a bleeding target (any bleed applies), he gains 1 stack of Bloodrush (max 5 stacks) that last 3 seconds, each stack gives 2/2.5/3/3.5/4% critical chance Active - [cooldown: 8 seconds at all ranks, cost: 80/75/70/65/65 mana] Vex gains 5 stacks of Bloodrush for 3 seconds and will slow a target that is critically strike by 50% for 1 second W, Stealth Cut: Active - [cooldown: 15/13/11/10/9, cost: 90 mana at all ranks] Vex throws down a smoke bomb that covers a circumference of 1200 units, fogging everyone's vision (allies included) within the area for 3 seconds, while the smoke shroud is active, Vex is invisible, Vex will reappear if he attacks or casts a spell/ability, while invisible Vex will gain 8% movement speed, and Vex's next attack will cause a small cut that will cause bleeding that will reveal the target and slow them by 25% for 3 seconds (this bleed does apply with Cruor Streams) E, Skies of Mortality: Active - [cooldown: 12 seconds at all ranks, cost: 84/81/78/75/70 mana] Vex leaps to get behind a target within 900 units, making him untargetable for 1 second while in air. If the target makes any movement then he will slash the target for 80/85/90/95/100 (+85% of his attack damage) physical damage. If the target is killed while bleeding, half the cost is refunded and this cooldown is reset. If target does not move, Vex will make them bleed a trail (for no damage or crowd control effects) that will allow him to follow his target for 2 seconds (this bleed will count to Cruor Streams), in exchange Vex will slow by 5% (this is justified for Vex's personality to add thrill to kill) R, Crossing Paths: Passive - Vex's bleeding now inflicts Grievous Wounds reducing healing by 50% Active - [cooldown: 90/80/70 seconds, cost: 120/110/100 mana] Vex marks a champion within 1050 units to slash with both his switchblades dealing 20 (+1/2/3% attack damage) percentage of the target's current health health as physical damage. This attack counts as a critical strike and will cause (magic damage) "heavy bleeding" that will cause the target to lose 9% of their max health over 3 seconds (this bleed is unique and will not count with Crimson Scars)
Lore: Vex as a boy was just ordinary, he had no special traits, no special powers, nothing out of particular, except for a desire to do something so exciting with his life. Growing up, he always did anything for kicks, but nothing had satisfied him as much, until he was given the opportunity to do something against moral values. His parents were both pacifists, so Vex had to disobey their wishes, but he was going to enlist into the Noxian army to seek the thrill that would satiate his hunger. While training, he found that he did best with his newfound favorite weapon, the oversized switchblade, and dual wielded them. He mounted these weapons on his arms and learned he was capable of using them effectively in ways to kill in instances. Battle by battle his bloodlust did not get smaller, instead it grew and he desired battles that would nearly kill him and fought for pure personal enjoyment. He was given the title “crimson death” for his reputation, but after being tiresome of taking orders for a while, he left. But before his leave he stole experimental versions of his switchblades. As he used them for merciless killing, he realized that these blades were attuned to his fighting and personality, and so he continued to end the lives of many.
In-Game Experience: Vex will stab both arm switchblades into the ground when dying and then collapse Vex's blades will glow red when bloodlust is triggered Vex's hands will glow red when bloodrush is stacked Vex's switchblades will fold up if not used in combat for 2 seconds If Vex marks an opponent with Crossing Paths, a red X appears above the target until the heavy bleed stops Vex's smoke bomb will appear as white and fade out as red If Vex uses Skies of Mortality on a target and that target stands still, the slash animation will still play, but the target will not take damage Vex will negate any incoming damage if Skies of Mortality is used right before contact with damage While Vex is midair for Skies of Mortality, he will appear lighter to indicate he is untargetable Vex will be able to execute combos with champions such as Darius and Talon
