Arcade Bard (PacMan Bard)

When I looked at this I thought oh thats funny its true as well, he does resemble pacman in a way and now I think it would be hilarious and cool to see a Arcade Bard skin, because I love all the Other Arcade skins I have (Including Final Boss Veigar) and would love to see something like this implemented into the game. I would definitely buy another Arcade skin especially if it was to be Bard. Obviously it can't resemble PacMan really because of copy right reasons but It would still be cool. I hope others would like see this implemented just as much as I do.
