A Dynamic Duo: Undeveloped champ idea
Hello everyone! I've watched a Youtube vid recently about a concept that Riot shared with the community in order to get feedback, so they could, probably, see if they're gonna work forward on it or nah. The concept is two champs in one, a tag team, a dynamic duo, a power couple... you get my point. (Similar as an idea, but **far ** from Kindred!!!!) Well, as far as I've seen, the responses were many, and they were positive. So, me, discovering that idea just now like the dumbass I am, considering I've been playing League since like 2010 (I DIDN'T KNOW THERE WAS A FORUM)... I got a bit creative. Not too much tho. So I contacted Riot through player support cause I couldn't find another way, except the forum, cause I wanted the first time I shared my idea with them to be private. They replied; said that it's an interesting idea and that I should share it with the public, to see some reactions. Anyway, here's what I have sent to them: _
Hello, Riot! My summ's Aerthae, I've been an art student for almost 11 years now, particularly focusing design and sculpture. I'm based in Romania. I've been playing League for abooout 6 years. I didn't quite know how to privately share this idea with you, so sorry if I caused any inconvenience by sending this idea through player support. Anyhow, I watched a Youtube vid earlier about a potential champion that might be released, and I found it really really interesting and with a great impact in-game; so I just had to grab my notebook and sketch a few concept arts and a few ideas about this new champion. To start, it's a team of two champions; just like you said 2 years ago on the forum. -It may be a pet/twin/friend etc.; -Abilites for each of them, similar to Nida's R, except that the abilities are based on the two's personalities, or anything unique about the two in particular. -Something like pre-rework Quinn's "Tag Team" as an ultimate that switches between the two characters (but that ends the similarities between Quinn and the two lads I'm talkin about now! They're unique, okay??) -As a pretty neat E, Q or W: Y jumps 350 units dealing x magic damage on land/firing damaging bolts/ stunning a champ closest to the impact zone etc. As an example, while Y jumps, the ability is recastable, so that Z jumps in, helping Y somehow, or switching between the two, winding up a different result by the ability's end, doubling the damage or stun potential, with a longer cooldown if recasted. The guys could be two yordle fox-things, or it could even be a cerberus-like creature with two heads with unique and very different personalities, which "activates" one head by pressing R, but I didn't go into details on that one yet.
I can also send sketches, or work further so maybe I can come around more ideas. Thanks for your time and sorry again for choosing this method of contact. Looking forward to a reply!
