Bloodmoon Gnar Skin concept

So I had this weird idea almost half-year ago to create a bloodmoon themed Gnar skin and since then I have been obsessed to finish and send it to here. I am well aware of it's flaws and it is my first concept art in my life I have actually "finished". I have worked hard on it and tried to capture the champion's personality as well as the "rules" of the bloodmoon skins.

I had a lot of help from other fellow friends so I want to give credit to them: ThatRebelVastaya, Dr Vastaya, and also from an old friend Shadowdraake, who helped me a lot with capturing the feel of bloodmoon skins.

Imo he looks too much like normal gnar. Especially mini gnar.

I think if he looked like some gargoyle or demon they had summoned it could be pretty rad. He just looks to "earthly" and like normal gnar.

He needs to look more unearthly.

It's a good looking start so far, but it could use some improvements. I'd recommend going over Mini-Gnar again, he looks way to similar to the standard Gnar, try making his fur red with a lot of bits and pieces that don't make him looks like normal Gnar.

As for Mega-Gnar, try making it white with specs of red. This will differentiate it from the normal Mega-Gnar while keeping a Blood Moon vibe.

The idea of the statue for boulder is really cool, but I think you should take the whole thing further- At least with Mini Gnar, try to differentiate him more from classic Mini Gnar; While I understand giving him red fur isn't an optimal solution because it would create clarity issues with his transformation states, I'm sure there are good solutions, like giving him red fur, but also have his tail and/or ears be ethereal blue that could change to bright red upon transformation. But that still might be too little a change.

I like the idea of him being some sort of a gargoyle, or more obviously a demon, like Arakadia suggested.

So adorable and evil looking. I love it!:D I notice people not being fans of the color scheme though. Perhaps making him white and making the mask red?
